As a volunteer, you must be willing and able to carry out your assigned duties and responsibilities. Job duties are matched to the interests and abilities of the volunteer. Persons over 16, but under 18 years of age, may volunteer with written permission from a parent or guardian.

A volunteer is an individual who, of his or her own free will, and without compensation or financial gain, contributes goods or services to assist. 

A volunteer is not considered an employee within the legal meaning of the term and does not have the same rights as an employee. 

A volunteer waiver form must be completed before entering the show grounds.
